Chef Clare Bailey serves as Director of Culinary and Technical Development for Southeastern Mills, which includes all areas of culinary development through commercialization, including ideation, product concept development, customer presentations, scale-up and ongoing customer support.
As a Certified Executive Chef, Chef Bailey brings over 25 years of foodservice experience to Southeastern Mills. He has had extensive training and hands-on experience in culinary development from ideation through commercialization for customers in the restaurant, foodservice distribution and food processing arenas.
Chef Bailey is a member of the Research Chefs Association, the Institute of Food Technologists and the American Culinary Federation.
