Ingredients

1 pkg Southeastern Mills® Country Gravy
1 Medium Russet potatoes, scrubbed
1 Tbsp Canola oil for skins
4 Green onions, rinsed and chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese (low fat)

Directions

    Gently scrub 8 potatoes. Pierce potatoes with fork to allow steam to escape and lightly rub each potato with a small amount of oil.

    Microwave potatoes according to microwave directions.

    Prepare Fat Free Country Gravy according to package directions.

    Chop green onions.

  • 5

    Split each baked potato and fluff with fork.

  • 6

    Top each potato with about ¼ cup gravy, shredded Cheddar cheese and green onion.
