2-Cup package Southeastern Mills® Peppered Gravy Mix (prepare according to package directions)

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, add ground pork, egg, Ham Base, sage, cumin and pepper, mix to combine.
  2. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions; shape each portion into a thin patty.
  3. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat.
  4. Place patties in skillet; do not over crowd, cook until done, about 10-15 minutes, turn occasionally. To ensure proper doneness, use an instant read thermometer.
  5. Coat a second non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium heat, add eggs, cook and stir until scrambled.
  6. Place patties on toasted and buttered bagels, and generously top with scrambled eggs and Peppered Gravy Mix.
